FAQ'S | Peony Party 2021
What even is Peony Party?
In a nutshell - Peony Party is our annual event to celebrate the short but oh-so-sweet Peony Season. With $8 bunches up for grabs, it's a once a year kinda deal! We usually celebrate by opening up our doors to Melbourne for a very special event, but this year all of our bunches will be pre-ordered and delivered to you on the day of the event.
When is it?
This year's Peony Party is Sunday 28th November.
How do I order the peonies?
The Peony Party bunches will go on sale soon! Last year, these sold out in 4 minutes, so, we will be keeping the release times a secret until the day but stay tuned on our socials to be the first to know.
What happens on the day
All of your pre-ordered peony bunches will head out for delivery, starting from 9:30am. If you miss out (or even if you have some coming), tune in with us on Instagram because we will have live crosses to the team, we'll be partying it up, play games with us, your chance to win some peonies and of course golden tickets!
What is the golden ticket prize?
The golden ticket is our biggest prize, two lucky people will a monthly delivery of Hello Blooms for a whole year!
How many stems do you receive per bunch?
Each bunch will have 5 Peony stems.
Is there a limit to how many bunches you can buy?
To make sure as many people as possible can enjoy our Peonies, bunches will be limited to 2 per person. Our vase and hamper options will be limited to 1 per person.
If I buy 2 bunches, will they be wrapped together or separately?
If you’re lucky enough to score 2 bunches, we will wrap them together in 1 big bunch for you to enjoy!
Will you be offering other Peony related products?
Yes we will! We will also have available our Peonies in a vase as well as a special Peony Hamper filled with all sorts of goodies!
How do I access the pre-sale?
Our pre-sale this year is reserved for our VIP Bloom Club members. To join our Bloom Club, click the ‘rewards’ icon on the bottom left of our website and enter your details. We’ll be emailing our members an access link to pre-order Peonies before anyone else!
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on where you are in Melbourne, ranging from $0 - $12. You can view our delivery suburbs here.
My suburb isn’t listed for delivery…
Unfortunately if your suburb isn’t listed, we aren’t able to deliver to your area
Can I collect my Peonies direct from your warehouse?
We’re not quite ready for thousands of peony lovers to be lining up around the block (lockdown might have ended, but miss rona is still running around town) so this year our Peonies will be delivery only.
Will you be offering any blooms Australia Wide?
Unfortunately due to the nature of fresh blooms, we are unable to deliver outside of our standard delivery areas. Take a look at our Australia Wide dried blooms over at hellobloomsauswide.com.au
What is Live Sale?
If you haven’t joined us for one of our Live Sale’s before, it’s your opportunity to snap up some one-of-a-kind, never before seen arrangements that are made with love by the HB team. We will be live on Instagram showing off these beauties and giving you all the opportunity to purchase these blooms for same day delivery.
How many products will be on offer during the live sale?
We will have around 40 products available for same day delivery, ranging from bunches, vases to dried arrangements - all Peony themed of course!
