As a business our focus is on protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, suppliers and community. Please read the below updates to our delivery procedure before placing your order.
We have implemented a contactless delivery policy. This means that where possible we will avoid direct contact between our drivers and customers. For all residential deliveries we will continue to knock and safely leave the delivery at the front door. Our drivers will also send a text message where possible to the sender and our tracking email will continue as normal. Workplace deliveries will mean we do not require a signature upon delivery.
