What is Hello Blooms?
We are an online digital florist. Every day we are up early, seeking the freshest blooms available from the market to create a daily special. Our $42 bunches may be small, but we are all about making the little things count – it won’t cost an arm and leg to make someone’s day. Of course, if you are wanting to make their day extra spesh you can upgrade your blooms to one of our larger bunches. We also have a special range of super cute indoor plants, also available for same-day delivery.
What days are you open?
We are delivering Monday right through to Saturday.

What are the delivery charges?
We have a range of free, $4, $8 and $12 delivery zones. You can view the suburbs and delivery charges here. The delivery charge will be calculated at check-out.
Can I pre-order?
Of course … we love to go to the market knowing who we are buying for. Remember our blooms change every delivery day, so you’ll not be able to see the bunch before the day. We will make sure they look darn cute though. You can select your delivery date on the checkout page.
Can I add delivery notes to my order?
Yes you can! Any additional information to assist our delivery drivers is always welcome. You can include delivery notes, or any additional information in the customer notes section once you have added the item to your shoping cart.
How do I edit an order?
If you need to make an update to an order, please send the update along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, or jump on our live chat.
What time are your deliveries?
Deliveries start from 10am each day and run until we have personally delivered every single little bunch. We make every effort to make sure deliveries to schools are delivered by 3:30pm and businesses by 5pm. Please ensure that you include the school or business name in your order.
Can I request delivery at a specific time?
Whilst we will try or best to accomodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame. If the recipient wont be home, the flowers will be left safely. If you need a delivery to be prior to a certain time, please place a comment in the 'notes' section during your checkout.
What is the order deadline for same day orders?
We offer same-day delivery for orders received before 1pm, unless sold out earlier.
What do I do if an item I want to purchase is sold out?
We re-stock items regularly, you can click on the 'notify me' button on each product page to receive email updates when the item is back in stock.
Are the flowers delivered in water?
All of our bunches are wrapped at the base of the stems with wet foam, which will keep the flowers hydrated for up 12 hours if left unattended upon delivery.
What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?
Our drivers will always try their best to complete every delivery. If no one is home, our couriers will leave the order in a safe place and you will be able to see a photo of delivery via your tracking email. If we are unable to locate the address, or get access, we will always try to reach the sender via phone so try and accomodate delivery as best we can.
What happens if I provide the incorrect address or delivery information?Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if we aren't able to deliver an order due to the address being incorrect. We do our absolute best to come up with a resolution on the spot but sometimes this is not possible. If your order needs to be sent the following day, we need to make this again with fresh product and fees do apply. We offer 50% off the original order price, and there is a $20.00 redelivery fee to cover the courier costs.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been collected by one of our drivers, you will receive a tracking email which will allow you to follow the delivery. A delivery photo or recipient signature will also be available once delivery has been completed.
Am I able to visit your store?
We are not open to the public, however if you wish to pick up an online order, this can be arranged. Please get in touch with us via email to organise a pick up.
