We pick the ones that are just about to bloom, so that way when they arrive to your door and find their new home inside, they will flourish and flower and you will get to see them in all of their glory. This also helps us reduce our environmental impact because we will only pick out what is required each day. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve got a good idea of just how many flowers we need.

Now, onto the pairings!

If you’re celebrating a birthday, a favourite bunch we like to use for this occasion is the Colour Pop. When you order this one, you get to decide whether you would prefer the bouquet to have a vibrant or pastel palette, we then design the arrangement, making tweaks each day because we use those fresh flowers and foliage, we picked out that morning. We wrap this one in premium white paper and a matching ribbon and send it on its way. It’s the perfect arrangement for a celebration because boy do those colours pop.

For anniversaries, we like to go a little more fancy, and we do this with the aptly named Fancy Pants. This one is made using some of the most premium and exquisite blooms and botanicals we can lay our hands on, think  Phalaenopsis orchid, playa blanca roses, quicksand roses, disbuds and premium foliage – all of this wrapped in that crisp white paper and tissue, topped off with a matching ribbon and you’ve got it – the best anniversary bunch in Melbourne!

If you’re looking to send a bunch that just says that you care & you’re thinking of them, then we know the bunch for that – the Little Bunch, this one is dear to our hearts here at Hello Blooms, this is a our darling bunch, and where it all started. We actually design this one new each day with those flowers we pick out in the morning. Each day our team of lovely florists create a new arrangement which means that it is surprise for everyone, the thing that remains the same each day is that it is made with love, care and a little bit of pizzazz.
