“What is Peony Party!?”
In a nutshell - Peony Party is our annual event to celebrate the short but oh-so-sweet Peony Season and give back to all the amazing supporters of little old us (like you!). 

“When and Where is Peony Party?”
This year’s Peony Party is on Saturday 29th November. This year we will be partying in person at HBHQ in Northcote as well as offering an online sale if you’re not able to party with us in person.

“When does the online sale start?
Our online sale starts Sunday 23rd November at 8pm AEDST.
This is one party you don’t want to be late for, even with hundreds of Peony bunches on offer they sell out FAST! Our online sale in previous years sold out in just minutes!

“Is there a limit on how many bunches I can buy?”
To make sure as many people as possible can enjoy Peonies, there is a strict limit of:

ONLINE SALE
2 bunches/10 stems per person (2 x single bunches OR 1 x double bunch OR 1 x vase + 1 single bunch)

IN PERSON
10 stems per person (2 x bunches)

“How many stems per bunch?”

ONLINE SALE
For our online sale we will have the option of 2 bunch sizes:
Single bunch - 5 stems
Double bunch - 10 stems
We also have an exclusive Peony Vase featuring 5 stems of Peonies in a super cute pink glass vase

IN PERSON
Our in person party will have 5 stem bunches only

“How much will this year's bunches cost?”
We’ve been working closely with our Peony partner Mr Fresh and growers to secure as many bunches as we can at the best price for you all! We’re super excited to share this year’s Peony prices are:

ONLINE SALE
Single bunch - $18 + delivery
Double bunch - $35 + delivery
Peony vase - $25 + delivery

IN PERSON
Single bunches only - $12

“Will you be offering other Peony products?”

We will also have a 5 stem vase option alongside our wrapped Peony bunches. Please note that these will be available online only and not at our in-person event. 

"How much is delivery?"
Delivery will be $11.99 for inner Melbourne suburbs or $16.99 for outer Melbourne. You can view our list of delivery suburbs here

“My suburb isn’t listed for delivery…”
Unfortunately if you can’t see your suburb in our delivery zone list we are unable to deliver to you. We are also unable to make exceptions/special outer suburb deliveries for Peony Party day

“Is there a difference between the delivered Peonies and in person Peonies?”
While the Peonies themselves will be exactly the same, there are a couple of differences between our delivered and in-person peony bunches:

• Our delivered Peonies will all be gift wrapped with a gift card message on one of our HB cards included.

• At our in person party all Peonies will be handed out in their protective wrap to keep them safe, with no gift wrapping or gift card message provided.

“How do I order my Peonies?”

Make sure you’re ready on our website at 8pm Sunday 23rd November to place your order. A word of advice, run don’t walk! These babies won’t be available for long and in previous years online sales sold out in minutes.

SOME HOT TIPS & NOTES FOR ORDERING ONLINE:
Our Peony sale can get a bit crazy, with hundreds of people online at the same time, so here’s some hot tips to make sure you secure your Peonies:

•  There are NO HOLDS on products and having your products in the cart does not hold them for you. The only way to secure your bunches is to be fast at checkout, so have your details ready!

• If you are paying via PayPal or ShopPay, please double check your addresses/delivery details as these can be overridden by your PayPal or ShopPay account details (even after you have entered your delivery address).

• If you are wanting add-ons, our hot tip is to add these to your cart BEFORE 8pm.
  Note that Peony bunches cannot be added to your cart before 8pm. 

“Can I pre-order for pickup on Saturday?”

Unfortunately as the day is a crazy one, we will not be taking pick-up pre orders. 

“What happens on delivery day?”

Keep an eye out in your emails on the day for your live tracking and ETA (this will be sent through once your order leaves us). All deliveries will be made in the afternoon. 

“Will my bunch be wrapped?”

ONLINE SALE
All Peony bunches purchased online will be gift wrapped and delivered with lots of love and care

IN PERSON
All Peonies at our in person event will be handed out in their protective wrap to keep them safe, but will not be gift wrapped like our online bunches

“Can I select my colour?”
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate Peony colour and variant preferences both online and in person

“Will you accept card payments on the day?”
Yes we will! We will be accepting both cash and card payments at our event

“Why should I come in person?”
We want to party with as many people as possible on Saturday morning! We have a few things happening exclusively on the day, including:

• $12 Peony bunches 

• Pop-up tattoo flash from our friends Kisume Canvas

• The HB game show live and in person, 20 chances to win a whole bunch of prizes

• Prizes for first 20 people in line + a free tattoo from Kisume Canvas for the first person in line

• Photo ops + printed polaroid photos 

“How do I get a flash tattoo?”
When you arrive at Peony party our team will provide you with a QR code to scan, from there you will enter your details and be placed in the virtual queue for your tattoo. Once it’s 10-15 minutes away from being your turn you’ll receive a text advising you to come and see the Kisume Canvas team. While you wait though we’ll have plenty for you to do and see! 

“How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?”
You must be 18 years or older

“Do I need to bring anything for my tattoo?”
Please bring your ID with you and make sure you’re nice and hydrated and have a bite to eat beforehand!
