WHAT IS YOUR WEDDING MENU?
Our a la carte menu was born from the hundreds of enquiries we received from couples over the years who were wanting flowers for their wedding, but didn’t want anything extravagant and weren’t sure of exactly what to get without spending a bomb.

We’ve made it super simple for those of you reading this and feeling a bit overwhelmed by wedding florals. All you need to do is choose the colour palette you like best, the items that you want, and leave the rest to us! 

By selecting this option, you are entrusting our team to source and design your wedding flowers using the best of what is in season. We're here to save that brain space for the other million things you have going on for your big day!

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY BOUQUET OR VASES?
Our A La Carte menu is designed to be as seamless and stress-free as possible, therefore we are not able to customise any orders and all blooms used are up to the discretion of us and our floristry team. Don't worry though each bouquet will be made with lots of love and care! 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days prior to the date of delivery. Orders placed for less than 5 days cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Hello Blooms team. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
All pricing listed on our website is excluding delivery and will be calculated at checkout click here to see our list of delivery suburbs.
Please note that pricing may vary depending on the number of items ordered

WHAT IF MY VENUE IS OUTSIDE OF YOUR DELIVERY ZONE?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver our a la carte collection outside of our delivery zone area.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All wedding bouquets are stylishly finished with matching ribbon and floristry pins to hold the shape.

For buttonholes pins are provided for easy positioning/application)

For pin on corsages and wrist corsages these are sealed with ribbon at the ends, and arrive boxed.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ORDER BEFORE MY EVENT?
BOUQUETS
All bouquets will arrive boxed and delivered in water to keep them as fresh as possible. To store your bouquet/s leave in water overnight in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Ideally the fridge is the best place to keep your order cool, but make sure there's no fresh produce as this can affect flower quality. 

Before your ceremony, remove the bouquet from the water source and gently dry the stems to avoid any dripping. 

BUTTONHOLES/CORSAGES/BRIDAL PURSE
All wired blooms will arrive packaged in a box with tissue for transit. To store these leave in their packaging and place in the crisper drawer of your fridge to keep them cool, but make sure there's no fresh product as this can affect flower quality. 

VASES
To store your vase/s leave in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Ideally the fridge is the best place to keep your order cool, but make sure there's no fresh produce as this can affect flower quality. 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order, if you require two separate deliveries you will need to place two separate orders. Please reach out to us at sayhi@helloblooms.com.au if you have placed more than one order so we can coordinate both orders. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER I ORDER?
For minor changes or additions please reach out to our team at sayhi@helloblooms.com.au. Please note that we cannot make any changes less than 5 days from your delivery date.
