By joining our Blooms Club, you will gain access to exclusive rewards such as free shipping and discounts! For every dollar you spend, you will earn 1 point to put towards awesome rewards to use on your future orders. The more orders you make, the more Bloom points you’ll earn, the more rewards you can redeem! Any order placed for delivery across Melbourne will earn you points!

HOW DO I JOIN THE BLOOMS CLUB?

To become a member, click on the pink ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ icon on the bottom left of your screen, enter your details and BOOM, you’re in baby! 

DOES IT COST MONEY TO JOIN THE BLOOMS CLUB?

Joining our Blooms Club rewards program doesn’t cost a cent! All we need from you is your full name and email address - yep, that’s it!

WILL I EARN POINTS FOR ORDERS I MADE BEFORE JOINING?

In most cases, our system will pick up any orders you placed before signing up and will automatically include these towards your Blooms points!

CAN I EARN POINTS ON ANY PRODUCT?

Yep! You’ll earn points for any fresh flowers, dried floral arrangements, plants and add-on gifts you order - whether it be for same day delivery, next day or next month! 

CAN I JOIN THE BLOOMS CLUB WHEN I CHECKOUT?

You will need to join the Blooms Club via the pink ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ icon on the bottom left of your screen before you reach the checkout stage. If you’ve already placed your order, or you have a previous order don’t worry, as long as you use the same email address when you sign up you will earn points for your previous orders. 

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REWARDS?

Once you’ve saved up enough points, it’s time to crack open that lil’ piggy bank of points and reap those rewards! Just click the ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ pop up on the bottom left of your screen, sign into your account, open up the ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ pop up again, click ‘ways to redeem’ and choose which reward you’d like to redeem - whether it be free shipping or a cheeky discount to be used on your fave fresh flowers, dried floral arrangements, plants or add-on gifts. 

Once you’ve redeemed your points for the reward of your choice, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be used when checking out. Please note once you have redeemed a reward, your unique code can only be used once. 

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REDEEM REWARDS?

As long as you have the points, you can redeem as many rewards as you like! 

HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

It’s easy as, babe! Just click the ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ pop up on the bottom left of your screen, sign into your account, open up the ‘Blooms Club Rewards’ pop up again and your points total will appear.
