WEDDING COLLECTION T&C'S

- We require a minimum of 5 days from your delivery date to complete your order. Orders placed for less than 5 days cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Hello Blooms team.

- We are only able to deliver to one address per order, if you require two separate deliveries you will need to place two separate orders. Please reach out to us at sayhi@helloblooms.com.au if you have placed more than one order so we can coordinate both orders.

- All images shown are example only, so colours and blooms featured in your bunch will vary depending on seasonal availability. Don’t worry though, each bunch will be made with lots of love and care!

- This product is not a custom design service. When purchasing from our wedding/events collection, you are entrusting the HB team to work their creative magic. You are welcome to pop any requests in your order notes, however we are not able to guarantee that these can be catered for. If you are looking for a more custom arrangement or require full service, please complete our events form here and our team will reach out.

CARING FOR YOUR ORDER
BOUQUETS
All bouquets will arrive boxed and delivered in water keep them as fresh as possible. To store your bouquet/s leave in water overnight in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Ideally the fridge is the best place to keep your order cool, but make sure there's no fresh produce as this can affect flower quality. 

Before your ceremony, remove the bouquet from the water source and gently dry the stems to avoid any dripping. 

BUTTONHOLES/CORSAGES/BRIDAL PURSE
All wired blooms will arrive packaged in a box with tissue for transit. To store these leave in their packaging and place in the crisper drawer of your fridge to keep them cool, but make sure there's no fresh product as this can affect flower quality. 

VASES
To store your vase/s leave in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Ideally the fridge is the best place to keep your order cool, but make sure there's no fresh produce as this can affect flower quality.
